- We’re seeking a Senior Sous with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team.
- You will assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering, kitchen admin and rotas.

- As part of our food and beverage team our Sommeliers play an important role within our restaurant and bar service.
- As Assistant Head Sommelier you will grow your knowledge of wines whilst working on the floor during our vibrant restaurant service.
