Public Area Cleaner
- This role involves maintaining cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and enhancing their overall experience.

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Public Area Cleaner right now at Holiday Inn Express Bath.
Hours: 10 hours per week

So what does a Linen Porter & Public Area Cleaner do?
- Deliver a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Clean and service guest rooms when required, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising bathrooms.
- Maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other facilities, to the hotel’s standard.
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust and polish furniture and fixtures in public areas.
- Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
- Replenish guest amenities in public areas, such as hand soap, tissues and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the Maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and store it properly after use.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards in all areas.
- Handle guest complaints effectively using the ‘service recovery’ principles.
- Maintain a good knowledge of hotel products, services and guest satisfaction priorities.
