This permanent full-time role offers regular day shifts from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including Saturdays and Sundays, with comprehensive training provided.

Key aspects of the role:
Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs both individually and as part of your team.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in-store.
Handle daily transactions across retail and the buys/loans counter.
Merchandise the store, maintain its presentation, and conduct market research on items being pawned.
Utilise your expanding product knowledge across categories like mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, and musical instruments.
About you:
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is ideal
Willingness to learn and upskill with strong communication skills
Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts
