Are you a qualified Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for helping people move, feel better and achieve their fitness goals?

Hangar Health & Fitness is looking to expand its group exercise offering and is keen to hear from enthusiastic instructors qualified to deliver:

• Pilates
• Yoga
• Step
• Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

Whether you're an experienced instructor with a loyal following or newly qualified and ready to build your classes, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Group Exercise Instructor, you'll deliver safe, engaging and inclusive classes that create an excellent member experience and encourage participants of all abilities to stay active.

You will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality group exercise classes.
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment for participants.
• Adapt exercises to suit a range of fitness levels and abilities.
• Promote safe exercise practices and member wellbeing.
• Help build class participation and member engagement.
• Represent Hangar Health & Fitness and LED Group in a professional, positive manner.
• Current Emergency First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• A friendly, professional and member-focused approach.
• The ability to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
