What you'll be doing as our Restaurant Supervisor

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of restaurant service.

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Taking a hands-on approach to service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, looked after and valued.

• Supporting, training and developing team members to build confidence and maintain high standards.

• Overseeing restaurant preparation, service and closing procedures.

• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and seamless service.

• Handling guest requests and resolving any concerns professionally and positively.

• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.

• Helping to manage bookings, staffing and service during busy periods.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role or as a strong senior waiter/waitress ready for the next step.

• A genuine passion for hospitality, great food and exceptional service.

• A positive, approachable leadership style and the confidence to motivate others.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy services.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and shifts as required.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do and brings great energy to the team.
