You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Compliance and Mobilisation, as well as external clients, suppliers and contractors, to coordinate smooth handovers and transitions. You'll monitor project progress, track outstanding information, manage reporting requirements and ensure all documentation is organised, accessible and up to date. Your work will help deliver a seamless mobilisation process while maintaining consistency, accuracy and compliance across the business.
At Places for People we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience managing compliance documentation, regulatory records or business-critical data within a structured environment.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with experience prioritising multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and intermediate Excel.

More about you

You enjoy solving problems, proactively identifying solutions and working both independently and collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes.
You will bring a positive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve. Experience within property management, compliance, mobilisation or client-focused environments would be beneficial, as would an understanding of different housing tenures, new business mobilisation and stakeholder management. You'll also be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service.
