Edesia is looking for a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Bath.
We’re looking for someone confident working on a busy grill section, with excellent attention to timing, consistency and presentation.
- Previous grill experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Confident cooking steaks and other grilled dishes to specification
- Excellent knowledge of cooking temperatures and timings
- Ability to manage the grill section during busy services
- High standards of food preparation, hygiene and cleanliness
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork
