Package Description

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

• Good general education.
• Care Certificate, or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe.
• Experience of working under supervision and supporting colleagues within a team environment.
• Experience of delivering patient-centred care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and recognise own limitations.
• Good typing, data entry, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to safely undertake patient moving and handling and delegated nursing/therapy tasks following training.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of care.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of working within community healthcare services, the NHS, or an acute/urgent care setting.
• Basic wound care knowledge and skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
