Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Pupil Specific)

Grade 3, point 5 £26,427 FTE

Actual Salary £18,052.30

Term time including 1 Trust Development Day plus 1 school Inset Day.

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed pupil specific Learning

Mentor to join our team at Ralph Allen School.

The successful candidate will be working 1-1 with a female student, implementing the strategies and advice included in their Personal Care Plan. Under a genuine occupational requirement (GOR) and per the student's Care Plan, this role requires a female as you will be providing tailored support to a child with evolving needs, adapting strategies as necessary to help them succeed academically and socially.

Previous experience working with children, young people, or adults with specific additional needs would be beneficial.
