Our central CRM team in Bath sits within Future's B2C Subscriptions division, driving digital marketing campaigns for iconic specialist brands. We collaborate closely with Editorial, Technology, Legal, and Subscriptions teams across our global media portfolio. You'll join an engaging, data-focused team that connects brand storytelling with multi-channel customer engagement across email, onsite, and push.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Senior Email Marketing Manager, you'll support the development and execution of B2C digital marketing campaigns. You'll manage campaign builds from end to end while enhancing data usage and email best practices. You'll work closely with internal teams to maximize customer retention, lifetime value, and database revenue return.

On a daily basis, you'll use tools like Iterable, HTML, Microsoft Excel, and GSuite to launch targeted email, push, and onsite campaigns. You'll analyze campaign metrics, manage segmentation criteria, and ensure full compliance with email data laws and GDPR requests.

• Build, schedule, test, and deploy multi-channel promotional campaigns across email, push, and onsite platforms.
• Partner with marketing and editorial teams to execute data capture forms, surveys, and lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements and testing strategies.
• Apply database segmentation criteria to ensure campaigns target specific customer audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to update customer records and manage GDPR requests promptly.
• Support monthly subscriptions planning while tracking campaign deliverables against team goals.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in digital marketing or CRM campaign management within a consumer-facing environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with email marketing automation platforms like Iterable.
• Basic understanding of HTML and its practical application in email formatting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GSuite.
• Understanding of email regulations, GDPR requirements, and data protection standards.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience supporting CRM, email, or digital marketing campaign delivery.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Iterable or similar marketing automation software.
• Working knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Excel, and GSuite tools.
• Ability to interpret campaign data to inform marketing improvements.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in our Bath office.

The expected range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from our Bath Office.
