The Bread Factory

We’re still baking in traditional ways and are handcrafting our products, but now our vision for bread is evolving, we are on a mission to disrupt the baking world by making our loaves the most nutritious out there, whilst leaving the farms that grow our grains in a better place than when they started.

We are part of a group called Bread Holdings, a collection of bakeries that have been crafting handmade bread, cakes and pastries for over 25 years, we’d like to think that we’ve come a long way since those days of bringing together a handful of London’s best bakers.
