We are a charitable Trust that support people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Established in 1986, we run residential and supported housing services and support more than 500 people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BaNES.
Our approach is based on the fact that you can't build a support service around a complex condition. You can build it around a person, if you understand their particular care needs, wants and ambitions. Whilst that is our starting point, everyone changes. So we change with them.
The care we provide is straightforward, practical and above all, tailored to their individual needs. We take the time to get to know our residents, help them keep their connections to their own lives, their family, friends and community.

- The role involves supporting individuals with learning difficulties by enhancing their independence and helping them engage in social activities and life skills development.
- Ideal candidates should possess a friendly and outgoing personality, a person-centred approach, and ideally prior experience in care or support roles.
- Working 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Saturday, this position offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with excellent benefits and no night shifts.
- Support workers will enhance individuals' lives, promoting independence and facilitating social activities within a community-focused service.
- Ideal candidates must possess a valid UK driving licence, a friendly disposition, and a willingness to engage actively with others.
- The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with no night shifts and includes paid mileage for using personal vehicles.
