- Lead and supervise evening shifts while managing resident care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance the care provided.
- The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for improving residents' lives.
- Working hours are 8pm to 8am on alternative weekends, located in Bath, with benefits including wage access, career development, and wellbeing support.
