Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide efficient and comprehensive business support to sales consultants and IFA clients, supporting the company’s protection proposition to include critical illness cover, life assurance and income protection. Additional responsibilities include:
Providing accurate information and identifying customer needs
Account Pipeline Management & new business tracking support
Technical & Point of sale support dealing with quotes and literature/promotional item requests
Proactive outbound calling, following specific sales campaigns
Ensuring all administration is dealt with in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
Proactively assist sales consultants to achieve targets
Managing sales campaigns, conference organisation, diary management
Ensuring complaints are handled in line with company procedures
Build & maintain internal customer relationships, supporting the delivery of protection targets.

The Person:
Sales support or experience within the financial services industry would be beneficial
Awareness of compliance, data protection and anti-money laundering requirements
Strong planning and organisational skills
Confident communication skills
Self starting and proactive working attitude
Computer literate
Financial Planning qualifications such as CFP1 or the ability to work towards this within agreed timescales of commencing the role

Salary:
This opportunity offers a basic salary of up to £15,000 + OTE
