On behalf of our client we are seeking a General Administrator / Support PA for professional lady with a high profile Global role, who requires assistance to enable her to carry out her role.
Duties include providing professional and personal support. You will be expected to provide support with meetings, web conferences, minute taking, filing, diary management, driving the employer to and from office and appointments. Personal support will entail carrying all equipment for the employer, assisting with access, making tea and coffee and general personal assistance to enable the employer to function efficiently in their role and daily life.
You will also have the opportunity to accompany the employer on occasional overnight stays and trips abroad when the employer is auditing, delivering training, attending meetings, conferences or working away. The post holder will need to be extremely adaptable, have a helpful disposition, be trustworthy, reliable, able to hold confidentiality and flexible in approach to meet the criteria for the job. A clean driving license is required. This position is contracted to work 35 hours a week with overtime when required and occasional away working.
The successful candidate will be required to have a Criminal Records Bureau Check.
