Marketing Executive

CareerPlayer.com is on the hunt for a Marketing Executive to join our award winning team.Working closely with the Marketing Director, your mission will be to raise awareness of CareerPlayer amongst students and potential clients across the UK.
The Role:
We’re looking for a very organised person, with a dash of creativity. You’ll need to be a fast learner, keen to find out how things work and dedicated to mastering new skills. Someone who can invent and manage their own projects as well as manage the day to day marketing of CareerPlayer.com. You’ll also need to be passionate about the power of the internet as a communications platform and very comfortable using computer programmes.
Specific tasks might include:
- Helping CareerPlayer reach their online traffic/user targets
- Feeding into the overall marketing strategy
- Developing marketing collateral and ideas in conjunction with our agencies > Managing our presence at Career Fairs
- Developing and managing partnerships with related organisations
- Running our newsletter and keeping our users informed of client campaigns
- Regularly contributing to our news and blog resources
- Content managing and uploading new material to the website
- Supporting the sales team with client communications
- A bit of PR darling!
You'll be given support and mentoring by an ex Saatchi and Saatchi exec who will provide an excellent grounding in marketing/advertising principles and be given the latitude to own projects from day 1. We’re a small team so you must be comfortable working autonomously on projects.
