Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Support Team, who provide administration services to the SIPP proposition. The successful candidate will ensure open communication and cohesion within the team, whilst motivating and helping the team members, supporting their development and progress.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Managing team members in order to bring about successful outcomes
Ensuring that internally defined deadlines, KPI’s and service standards are met
Maintaining effective communications within the team and with other departments
Managing the team dynamic and providing support as required
Ensure team members have the necessary training to effectively perform their roles

The Person:
Prior experience of leading administration teams desired
Good pension’s technical knowledge and experience
Commercial awareness and the ability to use own initiative without supervision
Willingness to work towards NVQ in Management (desirable)
Proven planning and organisation skills
Effective communication skills at all levels
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Salary:
A competitive basic salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
