An excellent opportunity for an experienced Secretary to work within a leading (non legal) firm based in Clifton. This role will support a department as well as the head and other partners (roughly seven people in total). As a top service supplier who boasts a prestigious client base, this role would suit an individual who enjoys working within a professional, busy environment. Someone for enjoys a job that has a rolling workload, some days could be spent just typing where as others could involve a variety of duties with more interesting tasks.
Day to day duties will include: Audio and copy typing, PA duties for the partner, Production of marketing material, Diary management and Meeting Coordination, Answer incoming calls, Database management, General admin, invoicing and helping with specific projects.
Applicants must have the ability to audio type to a speed exceeding 65 wpm, have excellent communication skills, confident user of Word and Excel, experience within a similar role essential and a good sense of humour to work within a friendly team. Perhaps you have been working as a PA/Secretary within a law firm but would like a change of industry?!?
This position is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Free parking is available nearby and excellent benefits are offered in order to retain staff.
