My clients specialise in delivering high value business applications to the world’s largest companies on a global basis, and a superb opportunity exists for a recent graduate looking to carve a career as a Software Developer working for a leading, well established and growing organisation.
In your role as a Software Developer you will be required to work on their web-based enterprise system conducting enhancements, maintenance and unit testing of their Wholesale Finance application which has been developed on open architecture using the JAVA/J2EE platform and Oracle RDBMS.
The successful graduate MUST have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 in a Computer Science degree (or equivalent) an have the following attributes :

• to be self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn
• good communication skills
• to be customer conscious
• to be able to work accurately and to deadlines
In addition to the above you will desirably have technical skills to include Java Technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JSF, JUnit), XML development and SQL and your technical strengths will include the understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration and black box), the understanding of database persistence (CRUD) and web technologies and have Object Orientated coding ability, preferably in Java.
