This national intermediary specialising in a wide range of General Insurance and Financial Services products seek an Account Handler to provide maternity cover and manage a high profile portfolio of personal lines risks. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in an expanding operation.
About the Role:
Responsibility for a wide range of personal lines clients, ensuring a high standard of service is provided and renewals are retained.
Ensuring existing relationships are maintained and developed.
Providing a bespoke broking service.
Dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals, new business quotations and claims.
Drawing up risk schedules and broking and renewal reports.
Working closely with an experienced team of Account Executives.
Building relationships with Insurers.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
You will have a good technical knowledge of all Personal Lines Insurance products gained in either a Broking or Underwriting environment
Broad technical knowledge of all classes of Personal Lines Insurance
Excellent client liaison and relationship building skills.
Able to commit to a 6 – 9 month FTC (initially)
Salary/Benefits Information:
Salary up to £20,000 p.a, depending on experience.
Excellent Benefits Package including 25 days holiday (pro rata)
