About the Role:
Working from their Head Office based in Bristol, you will work as part of an already existing close-knit team in which you will project manage mergers and acquisitions. More specific duties will include:
To build the project plan and manage the project to support acquisitions across the group
To assist in the selection of and lead the management of third party due diligence providers
To regularly act as Secretary to the Risk and Compliance Committee
To provide ad-hoc project management support across the group as required
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Strong project management experience
M&A experience
Ideally experience in compliance/risk/company secretarial/corporate governance
Experience of matrix management would be desirable
Strong commercial understanding
