Immediate start required for this temporary role based in North Bristol. The role involves organising and assisting with all general administration duties. Your key responsibilities will be liaising with customers in relation to all aspects of sales equipment, parts and labour, enquiry processing, quotations order processing, preparing and submitting invoices and processing cash/ credit sales, using their bespoke automated systems amongst other general administration duties.
There are no specific qualification requirements for this job, however ideally applicants would be numerate, literate, and have desirable I.T. skills. It is vital that candidates have experience in administration, and are capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Applicants should have good organisational skills, great interaction and communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.
