A successful, specialist commercial provincial Insurance Broker based in North Somerset. A highly experienced and extremely client focused team with plans to expand in 2012!
About the Role:
Working as part of a small but successful team based in North Somerset, you will assist with the day to day management of a portfolio of established commercial accounts. This is an office based role in which many of your leads will be passed to you by existing customers and word of mouth. More specific duties will include;
Renewal and retention of existing direct accounts
Obtaining new business quotations and handling some new business
Deal with client questions and queries
Compliance with FSA regulations
Key Skills/Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role Commercial Account Handler, you must possess the following;
Previous commercial account handling experience
Some new business/broking experience would be an advantage
Experience gained from working in a Broker environment as opposed to an Insurer would be a distinct advantage but not essential
Client relationship management experience
Self – disciplined and organized approach
Persistent and resilient
Salary/Benefits Information:
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience
