We are looking for a confident communicator who is looking for a customer service opportunity.
This role requires someone who has a professional and confident telephone manner and your role will be to take incoming calls (not a call centre environment) in a business to business environment and take appointment times for the customer.
There is no outbound calling so perfect so someone who perhaps wants to move into a sales role but doesn't have any telesales experience.
Previous experience working in a customer service or telephone environment would be ideal, however a confident communicator is essential.
Please note this role is based in Avonmouth and therefore having your own transport is essential.
